Whether it's rubbing your dry eyes after your 9th hour straight of staring at your laptop


or half-a**ing your date night because your energy is depleted


or staying up anxiety binging your feel-good show, to distract from how absolutely worn out you feel


we all know how taxing it is to feel like you're pouring from an empty cup.


Truth is, you cannot give your light, your strength, or your mind, into anything until you've filled your cup. This personal training program is here to re-orient; to hit refresh and renew your sense of self-worth.


By the end of your training, my hope is you come away with the deepest appreciation for you strength and abilities that you've ever had in your life. To feel so profoundly worthy of care and time that you look back on your old self in shock.


My style of personal training is for you if you want to halt the negative self talk and just spend some time taking care of your homes- your body and your mind.
