I’m a trainer, wellness coach, and grad student in clinical psychology—but more than anything, I’m someone who deeply understands what it’s like to feel burned out, stressed out, and ticked off.
I’ve spent nearly the past decade working in the fitness and wellness space, supporting women in building strength that feels sustainable—not punishing. My background blends evidence-based movement, nervous system education, and a deep respect for the emotional side of transformation. I’ve found that real change doesn’t happen through just giving clients tools, tips, or hacks; it happens when solid structure meets genuine compassion.
The Monday Collective was born from that experience. I wanted to create a space where burnout can’t even touch your progress, and discipline doesn’t mean self-abandonment. Just grounded, science-backed support that meets you where you are and helps you reach your goals in a way that doesn’t make you hate your process.
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me at a farmer’s market, reading about human behavior, or further convincing my cat that he’s actually the center of the universe (he agrees).

Philosophy
a wellness model for high-achievers to reclaim balance, strength, and structure in their lives.
Monday gets a bad rap, but The Monday Collective is here to shift that story. More than just the start of the weekly grind, Monday is a ritual of renewal. A moment to reset, realign, and move forward with purpose.
The name comes from Monandæg, meaning “Moon’s Day”—a nod to the Moon’s role in cycles and transformation across ancient histories. We all experience these cycles as we move through our week. Some days you have the energy to push and triumph, others you need to pull back and recalibrate. Our work is learning how to move with these rhythms, not fight against them.
The Monday Collective combines evidence-based fitness with realistic coaching support, all from a trauma-informed lens. Because the goal isn’t perfectionism, it’s creating a system that actually works for your life and helps you feel more grounded, strong, and steady in your body.
